2000 to PRESENT - Focused on improving our responsive, high quality, home management business www.HomeWatchReport.com servicing absentee owners, rental agents and real estate investors.  In response to our client's requests, we expanded our original home watch business, whilist retaining our candid, hands on approach, to include a diverse group of associates capable of handling most emergencies, routine maintenance and handyman repairs necessary to maintain our covetable "one stop, total satisfaction guarantee" service.
1997 to 2002 – Sold my businesses, eliminated the global consulting travel and retired to Naples, FL from York Beach, ME to enjoy fabulous year-round weather, nature, fishing and tennis.  I created and provided daily maintenance for
www.IslesOfCapri.org  our community website, edited and produced the Capri Civic Association newsletter, wrote a local column for the Marco Island Sun Times and established our first e-mail distribution network "The Capri Town Crier".  During this period I also worked closely, as the Isles of Capri’s delegate, with many Collier County staffers and Commissioner Donna Fiala’s office to secure new sidewalks, new street signage, a safer entrance at Collier Boulevard, new parking for our commercial isle, a community park for children and adults, and the widening of Capri Boulevard to include bike/running paths.
1992 to 1997 – Extricated myself from day-to-day operations in my businesses to provide marketing/sales training and cost/process management consulting.  Created and delivered seminars for Xerox Corp. focused on customer satisfaction and solutions marketing in London, Brussels, Tokyo, Amsterdam, Bogotá, Milan, Nice, Madrid, Hong Kong, Oslo, Geneva, Dusseldorf, Athens and North America.  In 1996 GlobalOnDemand was awarded "Most Valuable Partner" in the Xerox Production Systems Group.  With my UK partner and dearest friend, Gordon Hill, GlobalOnDemand www.G-O-D.com provided consulting to purchasing organizations, documentation printers and software distributors serving companies requiring process evaluation, inventory containment and international product distribution networks.
1973 to 1995 - Created, nurtured and retired from five design, manufacturing, distribution businesses - Grafacon Inc, The MacAsylum, TecDocPubInc www.TecDocDigital.com in Hudson MA, GlobalOnDemand www.GlobalOnDemand.com in Boston and London, and the International Printers Network www.IPNGlobal.com with offices in twelve countries.  These organizations, with employees operating 24/7, helped to revolutionize global electronic distribution and manufacturing of digitized products and services for many Fortune 500 companies.
1969 to 1973 – Part owner and Officer in Lexington Press Inc. www.LexingtonPress.com  With 36 employees on two shifts, our facility provided commercial letterpress and lithography, specializing in college publications, marketing collaterals, newspapers and medical journals in the Boston/Cambridge area.
1965 to 1969 - Production manager for two daily newspapers, Marlboro Enterprise and Hudson Sun, a Worcester Telegram & Gazette subsidiary www.Telegram.com.  Coordinated the efforts of 27 employees and was responsible for all daily scheduling, raw materials purchasing and quality control.  Implemented a plan for the physical plant relocation and during this transition, we never missed a deadline.
